Now Hiring

Do the work you trained to do.

Propel exists to give children with autism care that's built around them and stays with them. We're looking for people who want to practice that way.

What we’re here to do

Care that grows with the child

Two programs, 18 months through adolescent years. You'll follow children through real developmental change instead of handing them off at six.

Goals worth working on

We ask what a goal actually accomplishes for the child before it goes in a plan, and you'll have the standing to say when it doesn't.

Families as partners

Caregiver coaching sits in every plan rather than being an add-on nobody has time for.

Progress we can show

Written reviews with families every month. We don't report a milestone the data won't support.

For BCBAs

✓ A caseload cap we publish, and hold to

✓ Billable-hour expectations in the offer letter, not month three

✓ Real authority over your clinical decisions

✓ A small team where clinical questions get discussed, not escalated

For Technicians

✓ Paid training and paid RBT certification

✓ A named BCBA supervisor from day one

✓ Supervision time protected in your calendar

✓ A path to BCBA if you want it, and support taking it
